James Rosbe	President & CEO, Joined SoarTech as COO in 1998 and became President in 1999, guiding the company through average annual growth rates of over 50%, and expanding its technology base beyond high-level human behavior modeling to intelligent agent applications for command and control, unmanned vehicles, intelligence analysis and training systems. Prior to SoarTech he held founding and executive positions in manufacturing, publishing and technology companies, and worked in venture capital and finance. Read more
